Refined Management of Medical Consumables in Our Hospital Under the Background of Sunlight Procurement

目的遵循阳光采购背景下的医用耗材管理趋势,探究优化管理流程、提升管理效率的途径。方法分析医用耗材管理中存在的问题,针对采购不透明、信息平台不健全、经济效益低、管理效率低等问题,借助开放式企业伺服器(Open EnterpriseServer,OES)物流系统和供应商集中采购平台,构建完整的耗材供应链,进行精细化耗材管理。结果医用耗材阳光采购结合医院精细化管理提高了招采透明度、降低耗材使用成本,增加了国产/进口耗材采购比例,显著提升了管理效率和医护满意度(P<0.001)。结论制定阳光采购策略,通过OES系统打通用户终端、用户管理机构、供应商和生产商之间的精细化链条管理,能有效增加医院经济效益、提升管理效率。

Objective To explore ways to optimize management processes and improve management efficiency following the trend of medical consumables management under the background of sunshine procurement.Methods This article analyzed the problems in the management of medical consumables.By addressing the problems of opaque procurement,incomplete information platforms,low economic benefits,and low management efficiency,with the aid of the open enterprise server(OES)logistics system and the centralized procurement supplier platform,a complete supply chain of consumables was constructed and refined consumable management was carried out.Results Sunshine procurement of medical consumables combined with hospital refined management improved the transparency of recruitment,reduced the cost of consumables,increased the proportion of domestic/imported consumables procurement,and significantly improved management efficiency and medical satisfaction(P<0.001).Conclusion The development of sunshine procurement strategy,through OES system through the user terminal,user management agencies,suppliers and manufacturers of fine chain management,can effectively increase the hospital economic benefits,improve management efficiency.
