基于SPD模式的手术室三级库管理研究

Research on Three-Level Warehouse Management in Operating Room Based on SPD Mode

目的探讨在供给-分拆加工-配送(Supply-Processing-Distribution,SPD)供应链管理模式基础上建立手术室三级库管理模式的应用效果。方法在SPD模式基础上建立手术室三级库管理模式,从手术室单台手术耗材消耗均值、耗材管理效果、医护人员满意度等方面分析模式前后的效果。结果某三甲医院应用手术室三级库模式后,单台手术耗材消耗均值从(8987.39±524.178)元下降至(7192.07±396.573)元,单台手术成本显著降低(t=18.338,P<0.001);高值耗材漏收费、丢失情况得到改善,耗材管理异常情况明显减少(P<0.05);医护人员满意度显著提升(χ^(2)=69.412,P<0.001)。结论基于SPD模式的手术室三级库管理,提升了工作效率,减少了耗材支出成本,SPD模式是公立医疗机构当下精细化、信息化、智能化管理的有效工具。

Objective To discuss the application effect of the establishment of three-level warehouse management mode in the operating room based on the supply-processing-distribution(SPD)mode.Methods Based on the SPD mode,a three-level warehouse management mode for the operating room was established,and the aspects of average consumption of single surgical consumables in operating room,consumable management effects and medical staff satisfaction were compared before and after the mode.Results After applying the three-level warehouse mode in operating room in a third-class hospital,the consumption of consumables for a single operation decreased from(8987.39±524.178)yuan to(7192.07±396.573)yuan,the cost of a single operation was reducedstatistically significant(t=18.338,P<0.001).The missed charges and loss of high-value consumables were improved,and the abnormal situation of consumables management were significantly reduced(P<0.05).The satisfaction of medical staff was significantly improved(χ^(2)=69.412,P<0.001).Conclusion The three-level warehouse management of the operating room based on SPD mode improves work efficiency and reduces the cost of consumables.The SPD mode is an effective tool for thedetailed,informational and intelligent management of public medical institutions at present.
