摘要
应用型本科院校绝大部分都是高职高专升本而来,都有高等职业教育的丰富经验和资源积累。经验和资源就是财富,升本不是“另起炉灶”,而是发挥其原有优势,在新的起点和新的层次上再出发。全民终身学习必然离不开全民终身教育。社会数字化发展催生了一系列新知识和新技术,人们为了不断适应行业的变迁和发展,内生性地产生了“我要学”的需求。全民终身学习体系的建立是要服务“需求侧”的“我要学”。人们的学习权就是收益权,就是生存权,就是发展权。应用型本科院校教育的供给侧改革就是要从“菜单式”教育理念变为“订单式”教育理念。
Most application-oriented universities are upgraded from higher vocational colleges which all have rich experience and resources in higher vocational education. Experience and resources are wealth. Upgrading is not to start afresh, but to give full play to the original advantages and start again at a new starting point and new level. Lifelong learning is inseparable from lifelong education. With the development of social digitization, a series of new knowledge and new technologies appeared. In order to constantly adapt to the changes and development of the industry, people spontaneously have a demand for learning. The national lifelong learning system is established to serve learning of the demanding side. Peoples’ right to learn is the right to benefit, the right to survival and the right to development. The supply-side reform of application-oriented universities is to change the educational concept from menu type to order type.
