汉代淮阳地区“妇人尊贵”现象探讨

On the Phenomenon of Womens’ Dignity in the Huaiyang Area in Han Dynasty

道家中许多思想家都出生于楚地,例如老子、庄子、鹖冠子等等,可以说楚地是道家思想的主要发源地。淮阳地区,春秋战国时期曾是楚国的都城所在地,《汉书·地理志》在记载该地区时专门提到“妇人尊贵”的社会风俗,相较于其他朝代,整个汉代可以说对女性都是较为宽容的。纵观《汉书·地理志》,在记载陈国时也提到了这种社会风俗,可见这样的文化现象在该地区是独特的。淮阳地区“妇人尊贵”的文化现象与道家思想性别观的形成可能有联系,道家思想也可能影响着该地区的社会文化。

Many Taoist thinkers were born in the Chu area, such as Laozi, Zhuangzi, Heguanzi and so on. Chu can be said to be the main birthplace of Taoism. In the Huaiyang area,once the site of the capital of the state of Chu in Spring and Autumn Period and Warring States Period,there was the social custom of women’s dignity specifically mentioned and recorded in Hanshu·Geography. Compared with other dynasties, women were more respected in Han Dynasty, which was mentioned in the record of Chen in Hanshu·Geography. Therefore, the unique cultural phenomenon of womens’ dignity in the Huaiyang area may have a connection with the formation of the gender concept of Taoism and Taoism was also influencing the social culture of the area.
