高校辅导员法治素养培育的生活向度

On the Life Dimension of Cultivating Instructors’ Legal Literacy in Colleges and Universities

法治素养在内容元素、价值功用和表达形式上都表现出强烈的生活性。培育高校辅导员的法治素养必须面向师生的生活实践,凸显鲜明的生活性。目前高校辅导员法治素养培育面临着许多困难,存在高校辅导员队伍整体知识结构缺乏法治维度、程序正义意识相对薄弱、法治素养提升路径比较欠缺等问题。对此,加强高校辅导员法治素养培育必须面向师生的生活本身。具体而言,培育高校辅导员法治素养要在法治教育培训时紧密围绕学生学习生活情境、在法治素养培育过程中不断回应学生生活需要、创新法治素养培育话语方式等方面下功夫。

The legal literacy is closely related to the life in the content elements, the value function and expression forms. Cultivating the legal literacy of instructors in colleges and universities must be in the life practice of teachers and students to highlight the distinctive meaning to life. The paper analyzes the difficulties in cultivating instructors’ legal literacy in colleges and universities such as lack of the legal dimension in the knowledge structure, the relatively weak sense of procedural justice and few paths of improving the legal literacy. And it also puts forward some ways to cultivate their legal literacy. For example, the cultivation of their legal literacy should focus on students’ learning and life situation, constantly responding to the needs of students’ lives and the way of discourse should be innovated in the cultivation of their legal literacy, etc.
