清毒胶囊联合综合干预在改善艾滋病患者免疫功能中的应用

Application of Qingdu Capsules combined with a comprehensive intervention in improving the immune function in patients with AIDS

目的研究清毒胶囊联合综合干预在改善艾滋病患者免疫功能中的应用。方法以2017年3月-2020年3月长沙市第一医院收治的艾滋病患者94例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各47例。对照组采用高效抗逆转录病毒(HAART)进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用清毒胶囊进行治疗,2组均治疗12个月,2组治疗期间均进行综合干预。比较2组不同时间点外周CD4^(+)水平、血清炎性因子水平及病毒载量完全抑制率,统计2组治疗期间机会性感染发生情况。结果治疗3、6、12个月后,观察组外周血CD4^(+)水平较治疗前升高,且高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗6、12个月后,观察组外周血CD4^(+)水平较治疗3个月后升高(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗12个月后2组血清C反应蛋白(CRP)水平降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05),而2组血清白介素-17(IL-17)、白介素-23(IL-23)水平升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗12个月后,观察组病毒载量完全抑制率(93.62%)高于对照组(78.72%,P<0.05。治疗期间,观察组结核、淋巴结肿大、呼吸道感染、口腔真菌感染发生率(2.13%、6.38%、8.51%、4.26%)低于对照组(17.02%、23.40%、27.66%、21.28%,P<0.05。结论清毒胶囊联合综合干预对艾滋病患者进行治疗,可有效改善患者免疫功能,抑制机体炎症反应,降低病毒载量,降低感染发生的风险,具有较好的治疗效果。

Objective To study the application of Qingdu Capsules combined with a comprehensive intervention in improving the immune function in patients with the acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS).Methods A total of 94 AIDS patients admitted to Changsha First Hospital from March 2017 to March 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group by the random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the highly active anti-retroviral therapy(HAART),while the observation group was treated with Qingdu Capsules on the basis of the control group,both for 12 months.Besides,a comprehensive intervention was conducted in the two groups during the treatment.The peripheral blood CD4^(+)levels,serum inflammatory factor levels and the complete inhibition rates of viral load at different time points were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of opportunistic infections during treatment was counted in the two groups.Results After 3,6 and 12 months of treatment,the peripheral blood CD4^(+)levels in the observation group were higher than those before treatment,and higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 and 12 months of treatment,the peripheral blood CD4^(+)levels in the observation group were higher than that after 3 months of treatment(P<0.05).After 12 months of treatment,the levels of serum C-reactive protein(CRP)in the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05),while the levels of serum interleukin-17(IL-17)and interleukin-23(IL-23)in the two groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After 12 months of treatment,the complete inhibition rate of viral load in the observation group(93.62%)was higher than that in the control group(78.72%)(P<0.05).During treatment,the incidence of tuberculosis,lymphadenopathy,respiratory tract infection and oral fungal infection in the observation group(2.13%,6.38%,8.51%,4.26%)was lower than that in the control group(17.02%,23.40%,27.66%,21.28%)(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of AIDS,Qingdu Capsules combined with a comprehensive intervention can effectively improve the immune function,inhibit the body’s inflammatory response,reduce the viral load and the risk ofinfection,having a better therapeutic effect.
