五步推拿疗法配合脊柱测试评价训练系统(Tergumed)治疗腰椎间盘突出症

Clinical study of the five-step massage therapy combined with the spinal test evaluation training system(Tergumed)in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

目的探讨五步推拿疗法配合脊柱测试评价训练系统(Tergumed)治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究。方法选取我院收治的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者按照随机抽取的方法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组单纯使用五步推拿疗法进行治疗,观察组使用五步推拿疗法配合脊柱测试评价训练系统进行治疗,比较2组临床疗效、VAS评分和Tergumed变化情况。结果观察组总有效率为96.5%,明显高于对照组的75%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后,脊柱功能测试(Tergumed)的各项指标以及VAS评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在腰椎间盘突出症患者中实施五步推拿疗法配合脊柱测试评价训练系统(Tergumed)治疗的效果优于单纯使用五步推拿疗法治疗,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To explore the clinical study of the five-step massage therapy combined with the spinal test evaluation training system(Tergumed)in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the five-step massage therapy alone,while the observation group was treated with the five-step massage therapy combined with the spinal test evaluation training system.The clinical efficacy,VAS score and Tergumed changes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.5%,which was significantly higher than 75%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the various indexes of the spinal function test(Tergumed)and the VAS score in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with lumbar disc herniation,the effect of the five-step massage therapy combined with the spinal test evaluation training system(Tergumed)is better than that of the five-step massage therapy alone,and has a clinical application value.
