摘要
针对天津区域传统企业建立电子商务数字资产的人才之需,分析高规格电商专门人才培养所面临的现实教学问题,依据比格斯SOLO等教学理论设计了高阶教学目标下“岗课评三维空间”的人才培养模型,解析该培养模型的实施方案,从而为高职实战型电商人才培养提供解决之策。
Aiming at the talent needs of traditional enterprises in Tianjin to establish e-commerce digital assets,this paper analyzes the practical teaching problems faced by the cultivation of high-level e-commerce professionals,designs"Jobs CurriculumeValuation Three-dimensional Space"cultivation model under the advanced teaching goalaccording to BiggsSOLO and other teaching theories,parses the implementation scheme of the cultivation model in order to provide solutions for the training of practical e-commerce talents in higher vocational colleges.
