摘要
针对制药行业包衣车间高浓度有机废气,提供了一种优化的高浓度有机废气处理工艺,基于催化氧化炉的最佳处理温度与合适的空速,证明了催化氧化炉+分子筛流动床工艺的高效性,分析了不同进气浓度下的系统净化效率。结果表明,催化氧化炉+分子筛流动床的工艺适合高浓度有机废气的处理,处理效率稳定,能实现低排放。
This paper provided an optimized governance process for high concentration organic gas in the coated workshop of pharmaceutical industry.Based on the best temperature and space velocity of catalytic oxidizer,this paper proved the high efficiency of catalytic oxidizer and fluidized-bed molecular sieve system,analyzed efficiency of the system at different concentration.The results showed that catalytic oxidizer and fluidized-bed molecular sieve system was suitable for treating high concentration of organic gas,and the efficiency of the system was stable and reliable.The system achieved the emission standards of low concentration.
