城市更新背景下的建筑适应性设计研究——以多层办公建筑为例

在城市更新背景下,建筑物需要根据不断发展变化的使用需求进行改造,调整其平面功能、立面造型等。建筑在改造过程中,要求原有建筑具备一定的适应性。适应性越强的建筑,在后期改造中具备越多可能性。本文分析了城市更新背景下建筑适应性设计的必要性,并以某多层办公楼为例提出均质网格、功能单元、弹性预留和灵活构件等适应性策略,列举了相关适应性设计的措施,并探讨了其改造为商业楼或展览馆的可能性。通过合理设计提高建筑的适应性,可以延长建筑寿命,避免大拆大建,使城市更新更加科学有序。

In the context of urban renewal,buildings need to be transformed according to the evolving usage needs,as well as their plane functions and facade modeling need to be adjusted.In the process of building transformation,the original building is required to have certain adaptability.The more adaptability the building has,the more possibilities it has in the later transformation.This paper analyzes the necessity of building adaptability design under the background of urban renewal,takes a multi-storey office building as an example,puts forward adaptability strategies such as homogeneous grid,functional unit,elastic reservation and flexible components,lists relevant adaptability design measures,and discusses the possibility of transforming it into a commercial building or exhibition hall.Improving the adaptability of buildings through reasonable design can prolong the service life of buildings,avoid large-scale demolition and construction,and make urban renewal more scientific and orderly.
