摘要
为了量化分析不同结算电价对光伏发电系统项目的经济性影响水平,为光伏发电企业项目决策提供依据。文章选取了项目所在地供电局综合电价、分时光伏综合电价和分时抵消光伏综合电价三种结算电价,建立了不同结算电价下的光伏发电项目的经济性评估方法与模型,并对厦门市某医院光伏项目多种结算电价下的经济性进行了比较和分析。结果表明,不同结算电价的选取,将直接影响项目的回收周期。当分时光伏综合电价高于上一年度供电局综合电价时,选取分时光伏综合电价结算回收周期最短;当分时光伏综合电价低于上一年度供电局综合电价时,选取分时抵消光伏综合电价结算回收周期最短。
In order to quantitatively analyze the economic impact on photovoltaic projects under different pricing mechanisms so as to provide scientific basis for decision-making of PV enterprises,a evaluation model and method for the economic analysis of photovoltaic projects under different pricing mechanisms base on the electricity prices of power supply administration,peak-valley electricity price and electricity price of peak-to-valley offset.This paper compares and analyzes the economic impact of a hospital PV project in Xiamen under different pricing mechanisms.The results show that different electricity pricing mechanisms will directly affect the payback cycle.When the peak-valley electricity price is higher than that of power supply administration in the previous year,the payback period is the shortest by choosing the the peak-valley electricity price.While the peak-valley electricity price is lower than that of power supply administration in the previous year,select electricity price of peak-to-valley offset is the most economical way.
