乌司他丁联合右美托咪定对感染性休克大鼠的抗炎作用 被引量:5

Anti-inflammation effect of ulinastatin combined with dexmedetomidine in septic shock rats

摘要 目的:研究蛋白酶抑制剂乌司他丁(UTI)联合右美托咪定对感染性休克大鼠肠道抗感染的作用。方法:选取75只大鼠中的15只作为A组,其余建立感染性休克模型后平均分入B组、C组、D组、E组。C组使用乌司他丁干预,D组使用右美托咪定干预,E组使用乌司他丁、右美托咪定干预,A组和B组使用生理盐水干预。检测大鼠心功能、炎症指标、感染性标志物水平及内毒素含量,并做组间比较。结果:E组大鼠心率、血压、脉压差、+dp/dtmax、-dp/dtmax、血清前白蛋白(PA)、癌蛋白TRE水平高于C组、D组,门静脉内毒素含量、动脉内毒素含量、血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、白细胞介素(IL)-1、IL-6、降钙素原(PCT)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平低于C组、D组(P<0.05)。结论:乌司他丁联合右美托咪定对感染性休克大鼠有较强的抗感染作用。 Objective:To investigate the effect of protease inhibitor ulinastatin(UTI)combined with dexmedetomidine on intestinal infection in septic shock rats.Methods:Fifteen of the 75 rats were selected as group A,the other rats were divided into groups B,C,D,and E equally after the septic shock models were successfully established.Then the model rats were treated with normal saline,UTI,dexmedetomidine,and UTI+dexmedetomidine,respectively in groups B,C,D,and E.Cardiac function,inflammatory markers,levels of infectious markers,and endotoxin levels in rats were measured and compared.Results:The levels of heart rate,blood pressure,pulse pressure difference,+dp/dtmax,-dp/dtmax,prealbumin(PA),oncoprotein TRE in group E were higher than those in group C and group D,while the levels of portal vein endotoxin,arterial endotoxin,TNF-α,IL-1,IL-6,procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP)in Group E were lower than those in group C and group D(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ulinastatin combined with dexmedetomidine has a strong anti-inflammation effect in septic shock rats.
