Castleman病1例并文献复习

One case report of Castleman disease and review of literature

目的:报告1例Castleman病,以提高对Castleman病的认识。方法:整理总结1例Castleman病的临床资料,并结合文献,对此疾病的临床特征及诊治情况进行阐明。结果:患者为50岁女性,因发现左侧颈部淋巴结肿大及肺部占位2月余,胸闷1个月入院,入院后完善相关检查确诊为Castleman病。结论:Castleman病属罕见病,临床表现、影像学检查、病理学检查缺乏特异性,使得诊断较为困难,误诊漏误率极高。

Objective:To report a case of Castleman disease and to improve the understanding of Castleman disease.Methods:The clinical data of a case of Castleman disease was summarized carefully.Combined with the earlier literatures,we discussed the clinical characteristics,diagnosis,and treatment of this disease.Results:The patient was a fifty-year-old female with left cervical lymph node enlargement and pulmonary occupancy for more than two months and chest tightness for one month.Castleman disease was confirmed after completing her relevant examinations.Conclusion:Castleman disease is an uncommon disease with a high misdiagnosis rate.The clinical manifestation,imaging examination,and pathological examination are not specific,which makes the diagnosis more difficult.
