摘要
芳香化壳聚糖及其衍生物材料整合了壳聚糖与芳香性物质的优点,在药物输送、光电激发、抑菌抗菌等方面展现出特殊的性能,因而近年来引起了广大科研工作者的广泛兴趣。基于壳聚糖为载体,以苯、萘、蒽、卟啉及杂环芳香性物质等作为修饰物,从合成方法、制备工艺,以及生物医药应用等方面进行了归纳和总结,以期为芳香化壳聚糖衍生物材料的开发和应用提供参考。
Aromatized chitosan derivative materials that integrate the advantages of chitosan and aromatic substances will exhibit unique characteristics including drug delivery,pho-electron transfer and antibacterial/bacteriostat.Therefore,in recent years,it has been widely studied by more and more scholars.Firstly,takes the chitosan as fundamental material and then concluded its synthesis methods with benzene,naphthalene,anthracene,porphyrin and heterocyclic aromatic substances as well as heterocyclic aromatic substances,preparation methodology and application in the field of biomedical.It aims to provide a reference for the subsequent developers.
