丝网印刷石墨烯碳油墨应变传感器性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 提出了一种印刷传感器,用于钢筋混凝土结构的应变测试。采用石墨烯碳油墨和导电银浆分别作为传感和电路材料,以聚酰亚胺薄膜为基底,通过丝网印刷逐层印刷制备。设计了3种电桥电路,通过温度变化、系数标定和钢筋混凝土梁弯曲试验,测试了该印刷应变传感器性能。结果表明:该传感器具有成本低、制备方便、温度变化影响小等优点,其线性度超过0.99,灵敏度最高达到90.4,可以满足钢筋混凝土结构测试需求。 A printed sensor for strain test of reinforced concrete structures is proposed.The sensor is made of graphene-carbon ink as the sensing material,conductive silver paste as the circuit material,and polyimide film is used as the substrate,by layer-by-layer screen printing.Three kinds of bridge circuits are designed,and the performance of the printed sensors are tested by temperature change test,coefficient calibration test and reinforced concrete beam bending test.The experimental results show that the proposed printed sensor has the advantages of low cost,easy fabrication and low temperature influence.The linearity of strain test results is over 0.99 and the sensitivity is up to 90.4,meeting the requirements of strain testing for reinforced concrete structure.
