摘要 针对电力行业中不停电作业人员安全性需求,设计出一种可穿戴式不停电作业人员足底泄漏电流监测装置。系统以低功耗STM32L151C8T6芯片为核心,制作低电阻柔性塑料作为足底导电电极,实现对泄漏电流的实时采集与监测,集成人体体表电场预警芯片,完成对作业人员体表电场的预警,并使用ZigBee通信模块将电流与电场报警信号传输至作业现场数据中心。实现了对不停电作业人体泄漏电流及体表电场的同步监测,模块体积小、重量轻、可穿戴于鞋垫足弓处。性能测试结果表明:所设计的系统可实现对于1~20 mA工频电流的有效测量,测量误差较小,有望广泛应用于不停电作业领域。 Aiming at the safety requirements of workers in live working,a wearable human current leakage monitoring device is designed.The system takes the low power consumption STM32 chip as the core,and flexiable plastic with low resistance value is fabricated as the conductive electrode to acquire and monitor the leakage current in real-time.Integrates warning chip for human body surface electric field.The current and electric field alarm signals are transmitted to the data center of working site by ZigBee communication module.It innovatively completes the simultaneous monitor of human body leakage current and surface electric field during live working.The module is small in size,light in weight and wearable.The performance test results show that the designed system can achieve effective measurement of 1~20 mA power frequency current with small measurement error,and it is expected to be used in the field of live working in the near future.
