摘要 义务教育阶段学校教师绩效工资制度自2009年实施以来,存在着诸多问题,例如缺乏对教师的有效评价,以职称为基准作为发放绩效工资的依据,评价过程不民主不透明等等。为解决这些问题,本文从考勤、工作量、奖励等几个方面,提供了一些操作案例,供同仁参考。 Since the implementation of the performance pay system for school teachers in the stage of compulsory education in2009, there are many problems, such as the lack of effective evaluation of teachers, the basis of performance pay based on professional title, the evaluation process is not democratic and opaque and so on. In order to solve these problems, this paper provides some operational cases from the aspects of attendance, workload and reward for readers’ reference.
