企业总部办公建筑精细化设计的探索与实践--以福州某企业总部大楼项目为例

Exploration and practice of fine architectural design of enterprise headquarters--Taking the headquarters building project of an enterprise in Fuzhou as an example

企业总部办公建筑不同于其他的商业办公建筑,它承载着企业的文化与价值。因此,建立一套成熟的精细化设计体系,对企业总部办公建筑十分重要。以福州某企业总部大楼项目为例,重点从结构选型、外立面设计、平面设计,净高控制、细部节点设计、地下停车空间设计等几个方面展开论述,提出企业总部办公建筑在精细化设计方面的一些思路。

Enterprise headquarters office building is different from other commercial office buildings.It carries the culture and value of the enterprise.Therefore,the establishment of a mature fine design system is very important for the enterprise headquarters office building.Taking an enterprise headquarters building project in Fuzhou as an example,this paper focuses on the structural selection,facade design,graphic design,clear height control,detail node design,underground parking space design and other aspects,and puts forward some ideas on the fine design of the enterprise headquarters office building.
