传统中小型酒店改造提升设计研究--以福清石竹山庄为例

Research on the Method of Upgrading Medium-Sized Hotels--Taking Fuqing Shizhu Villa as Example

伴随着旅游业发展与时代的需求,传统酒店的改造提升已成为当今社会发展建设中的重要趋势。以传统中小型酒店提升改造设计为研究对象,在分析设计对象不足及改造价值的基础上,通过实践案例“福清石竹山庄”,从外部形态改造、内部空间功能改造、结构、消防安全性提升、整体配套设施提升等四个主要方向,分析总结出一套相对完善的传统中小型改造提升设计方法,以期为更多此类工程提供思路与借鉴。

With the development of tourism in the needs of the times,the upgrading of traditional hotels has become a new trend of construction in social development.The article takes the methods of upgrading traditional medium-sized hotels as the research object,and analyses both the shortcomings of the renovated objects and their values.Through the practical case"Fuqing Shizhu Villa",the article summarizes a relatively complete set of traditional medium-sized hotels transformation and upgrading design methods that includes four main directiongs:external form renovation,internal space renovation,structure and fire-safety improvement,and overall supporting facilities improvement,in order to provideideas and references for similar projects.
