分子诊断实验室是各大中型医院检验科不可或缺的专业组之一。新型冠状病毒疫情出现更凸显了分子诊断技术在感染性疾病中不可替代的诊断作用,也对各大医疗机构的核酸检测能力和分子诊断实验室建设及人才储备培养提出了挑战。本文在总结分子诊断实验室工作特点的基础上,结合新型冠状病毒核酸检测培训的经验,对医学检验专业分子诊断实习带教中的要点进行了详细的阐述和归纳总结。

Molecular diagnostic laboratory is one of the indispensable professional groups in laboratory departments of large and medium⁃sized hospitals.The emergence of the new coronavirus pandemic(COVID⁃19)has further highlighted the irreplaceable role of molecular diagnostic technology in the diagnosis of infectious diseases,and it has also challenged the nucleic acid detection capabilities of major medical institutions,the construction of molecular diagnostic laboratories,and the talent pool and training.Based on the working characteristics of molecular diagnostic laboratory and the teaching experience in SARS⁃CoV⁃2 nucleic acid testing training,this paper expounds and summarizes the key points of the medical laboratory professional molecular diagnostic practice and teaching in detail.
