噪声作业工人双耳高频听力损失与高血压的相关性分析 被引量:5

Correlation analysis between high frequency hearing loss and hypertension in noise exposed workers

摘要 目的 探讨职业性噪声致双耳高频听力损失与高血压的联系。方法 通过“国家职业病与健康危害因素监测信息系统”收集2020年北京市噪声作业工人在岗期间职业健康检查数据,用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计学分析。结果 31 987名噪声作业工人检出双耳高频平均听阈异常者1 907人,异常检出率为5.96%;检出高血压5 697人,高血压检出率为17.81%。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,在调整性别、年龄的影响后,噪声作业工人高血压与双耳高频平均听阈异常(OR=1.137)及接触噪声工龄有关(P<0.05)。与接触噪声工龄1~4 a者相比,接触噪声5~9、10~14、≥15 a者检出高血压的OR值分别为1.064、1.113、1.208)。结论 噪声作业工人双耳高频听力损失与高血压存在相关性,应加强对噪声作业工人尤其是出现双耳高频听力损失的工人的血压监测及高血压防治。 Objective To explore the association between noise-induced binaural high frequency hearing loss and hypertension. Methods Data of in-service occupational health examination of noise-exposed workers in Beijing in 2020 were collected through the“National Occupational Disease and Health Hazardous Factors Monitoring Information System”. Analysis of data was perfor med with SPSS 19.0. Results Among 31 987 noise exposed workers, 1 907 workers had the results of abnormal binaural high frequency average hearing threshold with a detection rate of 5.96%. Hypertension was detected in 5 697 of them, with detection rate of 17.81%. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that, after adjusting for the influence of gender and age, hypertension was associated with abnormal binaural high frequency hearing threshold(OR=1.137)and length of service with noise exposure(P<0.05). The OR values of hypertension in workers exposed to noise for 5 to 9 years, 10 to 14 years and more than 15 years were 1.064,1.113 and 1.208,respectively, compared with those exposed to noise for 1 to 4 years. Conclusions There is a correlation between binaurahigh frequency hearing loss and hypertension in workers exposed to noise. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen blood pressure monitoring and hypertension prevention in noise exposed workers, especially those with binaural high frequency hearing loss.
