摘要 为了提高打叶工艺质量,包括提高打后去梗率、降低大片率、提高中片率、控制小片率和碎末率,以单辊打叶机为对象,通过建立打叶机三维模型,制作烟叶的颗粒模型,并将模型导入EDEM模拟打叶过程,提取仿真结果,主要以打叶去梗率反映打叶质量,通过EDEM软件中烟叶烟梗颗粒之间bond键的断裂数量判断去梗效果。然后,改变打辊的转速、辊刀的螺旋角角度进行多次仿真,优化打辊参数,提高了打叶效率。研究结果表明:当打辊转速为531 r/min,螺旋角为3°,打叶效果最佳。为打叶机打辊的工艺和结构参数改进提供了一定的参考。 In order to improve the quality of threshing process, it is required to increase the rate of threshing and removing stems after threshing, reduce the rate of large pieces, increase the rate of medium pieces, and control the rate of small pieces and the rate of broken pieces. This paper takes the single-roll threshing machine as the object, through the establishment of a three-dimensional model of the threshing machine, a particle model of the tobacco leaf is made, and the model is imported into EDEM to simulate the threshing process,and the simulation results are extracted. Reflecting the quality of threshing, the destemming effect is judged by the number of broken bonds between the tobacco stem particles in the EDEM software. Then change the speed of the roller and the helix angle of the roller knife to perform multiple simulations to optimize the parameters of the roller and improve the efficiency of the threshing. The research results show that when the speed of the roller is 531 r/min and the helix angle is 3°, the effect of threshing leaves is the best. It provides a certain theoretical basis for the improvement of the process parameters and structural parameters of the threshing machine.
