摘要
TATA盒结合蛋白样2(TBPL2)基因编码的蛋白质是TATA盒结合蛋白家族中的一员,主要存在于脊椎动物卵母细胞中。TBPL2作为转录因子可以与TATA盒结合,参与卵母细胞中特异性基因的转录调控,在卵母细胞成熟及早期胚胎发育过程中具有非常重要的作用。目前已知的两种TBPL2基因突变可能与卵巢储备下降、卵母细胞成熟障碍和卵巢早衰等生殖疾病有关。本文通过总结国内外关于TBPL2基因的相关研究,重点介绍TBPL2基因及其突变在雌性生殖发育和生殖障碍疾病发病中作用的研究进展。
The protein encoded by the TATA-box binding protein like 2(TBPL2)gene is a member of the TATA-box binding protein family,which mainly exists in vertebrate oocytes.As a transcription factor,TBPL2 can bind to TATA-box and participate in the transcriptional regulation of specific genes in oocytes,and it also plays a very important role in oocyte maturation and early embryonic development.The two currently known mutations of the TBPL2 gene may be associated with the reproductive disorders such as diminished ovarian reserve,oocyte maturation failure,and premature ovarian failure.By summarizing related studies on the TBPL2 gene in China and globally,this article mainly introduces the research advances in the TBPL2 gene and its mutations in female reproductive development and the pathogenesis of reproductive diseases.
