摘要
城市人口老龄化水平的提升为健全基层医疗服务带来新挑战。从积极应对老龄化视角,面向城市微观尺度人口构成差异,构建城市社区卫生服务中心优化配置技术体系。具体包括:基于年龄移算法和老龄化水平修正的需求预测,利用改进潜能模型评估步行网络支撑下的设施供需均衡性,基于位置分配模型的改扩建设施、新建设施选址。通过湖北省武汉市硚口区实证发现,综合考虑社区老龄化水平差异能够精准识别社区卫生服务中心配置缺口,提出切实的设施优化配置方案。以期为健全基层医疗设施体系、积极满足老龄化带来的医养需求提供技术支撑。
Urban population aging has brought new challenges to the improvement of primary medical services.From the perspective of actively responding to aging,aiming at the differences in urban micro-scale population structure,this paper constructs the optimal allocation technology system of urban community health service centers,including demand forecasting based on the age shift algorithm and aging level correction,using an improved potential model to evaluate the balance between supply and demand of facilities supported by the walking network,and location selection of reconstruction and expansion facilities and new facilities based on location allocation model.Through the empirical study of the Qiaokou District in Wuhan City,it is found that considering the differences in community aging levels can accurately identify the allocation gap of community health service centers,and put forward a practical optimization allocation scheme of facilities.The technical framework proposed in this paper can provide technical support for improving the basic medical facilities system and actively meeting the medical needs brought by aging.
