ε-PL对水凝胶抗菌性能的影响及表征 被引量:2

摘要 为了制备具有抗菌性能的复合水凝胶,在以海藻酸钠、明胶、沙蒿胶为原料制备的水凝胶中引入ε-聚赖氨酸,采用共混-离子交联法制备具有抗菌性能的复合水凝胶。通过SMS质构仪、拉力试验机、傅里叶红外光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜对所制备的复合水凝胶的结构和性能进行表征,通过抗菌测试、溶血率测试表征复合水凝胶的生物性能。结果表明,当ε-PL添加量为0.5%时,该复合水凝胶最大压缩强度达到了363.2 kPa,24 h后溶胀率达到了548%,且具有良好的抗菌性能,大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均出现了明显的抑菌圈,抗菌率分别达到了90.12%和88.35%,溶血率低于5%,在伤口敷料领域具有潜在的应用价值。 In order to prepare composite hydrogels with antibacterial properties,ε-polylysine was introduced into hydrogels prepared from sodium alginate,gelatin and Artemisia sphaerocephala gum,and the composite hydrogels with antibacterial properties were prepared by blending and ion crosslinking method.The structure and properties of the composite hydrogels were characterized by SMS texture analyzer,tensile testing machine,Fourier transform infrared spectrometer and scanning electron microscope.The biological properties of the composite hydrogels were characterized by antibacterial test and hemolysis rate test.The results showed that when the addition ofε-PL was 0.5%,the maximum compressive strength of the composite hydrogel reached 363.2 kPa,and the swelling rate reached 548%after 24 h.Moreover,the composite hydrogel had good antibacterial performance.Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus showed obvious antibacterial zone,and the antibacterial rate reached 90.12%and 88.35%,respectively.The hemolysis rate was less than 5%,which had potential application value in wound dressings.
