全程系统化护理对支气管肺炎患儿治疗及护理依从性、不适感的影响研究

Study on the Influence of Whole-process Systematic Nursing for Treatment and Nursing Compliance,Discomfort of Children with Bronchopneumonia

目的:探究及分析全程系统化护理对支气管肺炎患儿治疗及护理依从性、不适感的影响。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年10月宜春市人民医院的80例支气管肺炎患儿为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用全程系统化护理。比较两组护理前及护理2、5、7 d后的治疗依从性、护理依从性、不适感程度及家长对护理效果的满意度。结果:护理前两组的治疗依从性、护理依从性及不适感程度比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理2、5、7 d后观察组的治疗依从性、护理依从性及不适感程度均显著优于对照组,且观察组家长对护理效果的满意度显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全程系统化护理可有效改善支气管肺炎患儿治疗及护理依从性、不适感,更受家长认可,因此在支气管肺炎患儿中的应用价值相对较高。

Objective:To investigate and analyze the influence of whole-process systematic nursing for treatment and nursing compliance,discomfort of children with bronchopneumonia.Method:A total of 80 children with bronchopneumonia in People’s Hospital of Yichun from January 2018 to October 2020 were chosen as the study objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given whole-process systematic nursing.The treatment compliance,nursing compliance,degree of discomfort before nursing and 2,5 and 7 d after nursing and parents’ satisfaction with nursing effect were compared between the two groups.Result:There were no significant differences in treatment compliance,nursing compliance and degree of discomfort between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After 2,5 and 7 d of nursing,the treatment compliance,nursing compliance and degree of discomfort of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the satisfaction of parents in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The whole-process systematic nursing can effectively improve the treatment and nursing compliance,discomfort of children with bronchopneumonia,and it is more recognized by parents,so its application value in the children with bronchopneumonia is relatively higher.
