综合护理在输尿管结石患者围术期中的应用效果及对术后恢复指标的影响

The Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Care in the Perioperative Period of Patients with Ureteral Calculi and Its Influence on Postoperative Recovery Indexe

目的:探讨综合护理在输尿管结石患者围手术期中的应用效果及对术后恢复指标的影响。方法:选取2019年9月-2021年9月在抚州市第一人民医院拟行输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗的80例输尿管结石患者,按照入院时间先后顺序将其分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组给予取常规护理措施,观察组给予综合护理措施干预。比较两组一次取石成功率、术后恢复指标、并发症发生情况及满意度。结果:观察组一次取石成功率为95.0%,高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组排气恢复时间、首次下床活动时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为95.0%高于对照组的72.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在输尿管镜钬激光碎石术围手术期中应用综合护理干预效果理想,有利于提高一次取石成功率,缩短排气恢复时间、首次下床活动时间以及住院时间,降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度,改善医患关系,值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing care in the perioperative period of patients with ureteral calculi and its influence on postoperative recovery indexes.Method:A total of 80patients with ureteral calculi underwent ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in Fuzhou First People’s Hospital from September 2019 to September 2021 were selected,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission time,40 cases in each group.Control group was given routine nursing measures,observation group was given comprehensive nursing care.The one-time stone extraction success rate,postoperative recovery indexes,incidence of complications and satisfaction were compared between two groups.Result:The one-time stone extraction success rate in the observation group was 95.0%,which was higher than 80.0% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The exhaust recovery time,the first time to get out of bed and the length of hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 95.0%,which was higher than 72.5% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive nursing care in the perioperative period of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy has an ideal effect,which is beneficial to improve the one-time stone extraction success rate,shorten the exhaust recovery time,the first time to get out of bed and the length of hospitalization,reduce the incidence of complications,improve nursing satisfaction and improve the relationship between doctors and patients.Therefore,it is worthy of popularization and application.
