摘要
目的:探讨数字化延期盾构术与传统即刻种植在口腔前牙种植中的疗效比较。方法:选取2020年3月-2021年3月于菏泽市立医院口腔科行上颌前牙区单颗或多颗牙种植的患者60例,将其以信封法随机分为试验组与对照组,各30例。试验组患者采用数字化延期盾构术完成种植,对照组采用传统即刻种植手术。通过测量红色美学指数及采用CBCT检查种植区唇颊侧骨板的厚度,比较两组患者术后12个月的红色美学指数、唇侧骨板吸收量以及患者满意度。结果:术后12个月,两组患者种植成功率均为100%。两组术前PES评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1年,两组PES评分及唇侧骨板吸收量比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的视觉美学模拟评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:数字化延期盾构术在前牙美学区种植能够形成良好的骨结合,并且唇侧骨板吸收量较少,美学效果更好。
Objective:To compare the efficacy of digital delayed socket-shield technique and traditional immediate implant in oral anterior teeth implantation.Method:A total of 60 patients who received single or multiple dental implants in the maxillary anterior region from March 2020 to March 2021 in the Department of stomatology of Heze Municipal Hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group by envelope method,30 cases in each group.The experimental group was implanted with digital delayed socket-shield technique,while the control group was implanted with traditional immediate surgery.The thickness of the labial and buccal bone plate in the planting area was examined by measuring the red aesthetic index and CBCT,the red aesthetic index,labial bone plate absorption and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups 12 months after operation.Result:12 months after operation,the success rate of implantation in both groups was 100%.There was no significant difference in preoperative PES score between the two groups (P>0.05);1 year after operation,comparison of PES score and labial bone plate absorption between the two groups,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The visual aesthetics simulation score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Digital delayed socket-shield technique implantation in the aesthetic area of anterior teeth can form a good bone combination,and the absorption of labial bone plate is less,and the aesthetic effect is better.
