乳酸脱氢酶、D-二聚体检测对肺炎支原体肺炎的诊断价值分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、D-二聚体(D-D)在肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)中的诊断价值。方法:选取2019年10月-2021年11月在菏泽医学专科学校附属医院住院治疗90例MPP患儿为MPP组,同时选取同一时间在门诊体检的50例健康儿童作为对照组。检测并比较两组血清LDH、D-D,绘制ROC曲线评价两指标单独及联合检测诊断MPP的效能。结果:MPP组血清LDH和D-D水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析结果显示,LDH与D-D联合检测儿童MPP的敏感度、特异度均高于LDH、D-D单一检测,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:患儿血清LDH、D-D水平变化与MPP存在一定关系,通过检测患儿血清LDH、D-D水平变化能够辅助MPP的诊断,有助于临床开展诊疗工作。 Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of serum lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and D-dimer (D-D) in mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (MPP).Method:A total of 90 children with MPP who were hospitalized in Affiliated Hospital of Heze Medical College from October 2019 to November 2021 were selected as the MPP group,and 50 healthy children who underwent outpatient physical examination at the same time were selected as the control group.Serum LDH and D-D were detected and compared between the two groups,and ROC curves were drawn to evaluate the efficacy of the two indexes in detecting MPP alone and in combination.Result:The serum LDH and D-D levels in MPP group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the sensitivity and specificity of LDH and D-D combined detection were higher than LDH and D-D single detection,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a certain relationship between the changes of serum LDH and D-D levels and MPP in children,detection of the changes of serum LDH and D-D levels in children can assist the diagnosis of MPP and contribute to clinical diagnosis and treatment.
