温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的效果及对局部微循环的影响

Effect of Warming Acupuncture-moxibustion in the Treatment of Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation and Influence for Local Microcirculation

目的:探究及观察温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的效果及对局部微循环的影响。方法:选取2020年6月-2021年6月厦门市中医院收治的120例腰椎间盘突出症患者,根据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用温针灸。比较两组的临床效果、日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA评分)、视觉模拟疼痛评分法(VAS)评分及局部微循环指标(足甲襞微循环加权积分)。结果:治疗1、2、3个疗程,观察组总有效率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组主观症状、临床体征、日常生活受限度、膀胱功能、VAS、血液流态积分、襻周状态积分、管襻形态积分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1、2、3个疗程,观察组主观症状、临床体征、日常生活受限度、膀胱功能VAS、血液流态积分、襻周状态积分、管襻形态积分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的疗效较好,且可显著改善局部微循环,因此在腰椎间盘突出症患者中具有较高的应用价值。

Objective:To investigate and observe the effect of warming acupuncture-moxibustion in the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation and influence for local microcirculation.Method:A total of 120 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Xiamen Hospital of TCM from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected,they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with warming acupuncture-moxibustion on the basis of the control group.Clinical effect,Japanese Orthopaedic association scores (JOA),visual analogue scale (VAS) score and local microcirculation index (foot nail fold microcirculation weighted score) were compared between two groups.Result:After 1,2 and 3 courses of treatment,the total effective rates in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in subjective symptoms,clinical signs,daily life limit,bladder function,VAS score,blood flow pattern score,loop state score and loop shape score between two groups (P>0.05);after 1,2 and 3 courses of treatment,the subjective symptoms,clinical signs,daily life limit,bladder function,VAS score,blood flow pattern score,loop state score and loop shape score in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of warming acupuncture-moxibustion in patients with lumbar disc herniation is better,and it can significantly improve the local microcirculation,so its application value in patients with lumbar disc herniation is higher.
