摘要
目的:探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者检验血清克拉拉细胞分泌蛋白(CC16)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)水平的意义及其与肺功能间的相关性。方法:选取2020年1-12月汉川市第二人民医院收治的55例COPD患者为研究组;选取同期行健康体检的55例健康者为对照组。比较两组的肺功能指标[1秒全力呼气量在全部呼气量中的占比(FEV_(1)/FVC%)及1秒全力呼气容积所占的预计百分值(FEV_(1)%pred)]、CC16及TGF-β1水平。比较研究组不同肺功能下的血清CC16水平及TGF-β1水平。分析研究组血清CC16水平及TGF-β1水平与肺功能指标间的相关性。结果:研究组FEV_(1)/FVC%水平及FEV_(1)%pred水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组血清CC16水平低于对照组,TGF-β1水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。轻度组CC16水平高于中度组,且中度组高于重度组,重度组高于极重度组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。轻度组TGF-β1水平低于中度组,且中度组低于重度组,重度组低于极重度组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清CC16水平与FEV_(1)%pred和FEV_(1)/FVC%均呈正相关,血清TGF-β1水平与FEV_(1)%pred和FEV_(1)/FVC%均呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:相比健康人群,COPD患者的血清CC16水平显著降低,血清TGF-β1水平显著升高;且血清CC16水平与COPD患者的肺功能之间呈正相关,血清TGF-β1水平与COPD患者的肺功能之间呈负相关。检验血清CC16水平及TGF-β1水平可以辅助临床医生诊断COPD,为其提供更多的参考数据。
Objective:To investigate the significance of testing clara cell secretory protein (CC16),transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) levels and their correlation with lung function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Method:A total of 55 COPD patients admitted to the Second People’s Hospital of Hanchuan City from January to December 2020 were selected as the study group,55 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination at the same period were selected as the control group.Lung function indexes[ratio of full expiratory volume in 1 second to total expiratory volume (FEV_(1)/FVC%) and estimated percentage of full expiratory volume in 1 second (FEV_(1)%pred)],CC16 and TGF-β1 levels were compared between two groups.The levels of serum CC16 and TGF-β1 in different lung function groups were compared.Correlation between serum CC16 level,TGF-β1 level and lung function index in study group were analyzed.Result:The levels of FEV_(1)/FVC% and FEV_(1)%pred in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The level of serum CC16 in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the level of TGF-β1 in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).CC16 level in the mild group was higher than that in the moderate group,CC16 level in the moderate group was higher than that in the severe group,CC16 level in the severe group was higher than that in the very severe group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).TGF-β1 level in the mild group was lower than that in the moderate group,TGF-β1 level in the moderate group was lower than that in the severe group,TGF-β1 level in the severe group was lower than that in very severe group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Serum CC16 level was positively correlated with FEV_(1)%pred and FEV_(1)/FVC%,and serum TGF-β1 level was negatively correlated with FEV_(1)%pred and FEV_(1)/FVC% (P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the healthy population,serum CC16 levels were significantly lower in COPD patients,and a positive correlation occurred between serum CC16 levels and lung function in COPD patients,and a negative correlation between serum TGF-β1 levels and lung function in COPD patients.Examination of serum CC16 levels and TGF-β1 levels assists clinicians in the diagnosis of COPD,to provide more reference data.
