早期综合干预对中晚期早产儿体格发育及神经心理行为的影响研究

Study on the Influence of Early Comprehensive Intervention for Physical Development and Neuropsychological Behavior of Moderate and Late Preterm Infants

目的:研究早期综合干预对中晚期早产儿体格发育及神经心理行为的影响。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年5月三明市第二医院100例中晚期早产儿为研究对象,将其根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组采用常规干预,观察组采用早期综合干预。比较两组干预前后的体格指标(头围、身高、体重)、营养状态指标(血红蛋白、血清白蛋白、前白蛋白、总蛋白)及神经心理行为发育情况(Gesell量表评分)。结果:干预前,两组体格指标及营养状态指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预3、6、12个月后,观察组体格发育指标及营养状态指标均显著高于对照组,Gesell量表评分(DQ)均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期综合干预可显著改善中晚期早产儿的体格及神经心理行为发育,在中晚期早产儿中的应用价值相对较高。

Objective:To study the influence of early comprehensive intervention for physical development and neuropsychological behavior of moderate and late preterm infants.Method:A total of 100 moderate and late preterm infants in the Second Hospital of Sanming City from January 2018 to May 2020 were chosen as the study objects,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine intervention,the observation group was given early comprehensive intervention.The physical indexes (head circumference,height and weight),nutritional status indexes (hemoglobin,serum albumin,prealbumin and total protein) and neuropsychological behavior development (Gesell scale score) were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Result:The physical indexes and nutritional status indexes of two groups before the intervention were compared,there were no statistically significant differences (P>0.05);after 3,6 and 12 months of intervention,the indexes of physical development and nutritional status in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the scores of Gesell scale (DQ) were significantly better than those in the control group,there were statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:The early comprehensive intervention can significantly improve the physical development and neuropsychological behavior of moderate and late preterm infants,so its application value in the moderate and late preterm infants is relatively higher.
