自拟益气活血方结合尼莫地平对缺血性脑血管病患者中医症候评分与NIHSS评分、BI评分的影响

Effect of Self-made Yiqi Huoxue Prescription Combined with Nimodipine on TCM Syndrome Score,NIHSS Score and BI index of Patients with Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease

目的:探析自拟益气活血方结合尼莫地平注射液在缺血性脑血管病患者中应用效果。方法:选取2021年1-10月江西中医药大学附属医院收治的80例气虚血瘀型缺血性脑血管病恢复期患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用尼莫地平注射液治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用自拟益气活血方。比较两组中医症候评分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、Barthel指数(BI)评分。结果:治疗前,两组偏瘫、神识昏蒙、头痛、饮水呛咳评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组偏瘫、神识昏蒙、头痛、饮水呛咳评分均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组NIHSS评分和BI评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组NIHSS评分均低于治疗前,BI评分均高于治疗前,且观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,BI评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟益气活血方结合尼莫地平注射液治疗缺血性脑血管病,治疗效果显著,可促进患者神经功能和生活自理能力恢复,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the application effect of self-made Yiqi Huoxue Prescription combined with Nimodipine Injection in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Method:A total of 80 convalescent patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type treated in Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to October 2021 were selected,they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Nimodipine Injection,and the observation group was treated with self-made Yiqi Huoxue Prescription on the basis of the control group.TCM syndrome score,the national institutes of health stroke scale (NIHSS) score and BI index (BI) were compared between two groups.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in scores of hemiplegia,dizziness,headache and choking with drinking water between two groups (P>0.05);after treatment,scores of hemiplegia,dizziness,headache and choking with drinking water in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in NIHSS score and BI scores between two groups (P>0.05);after treatment,NIHSS scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and BI scores in both groups were higher than those before treatment,NIHSS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and BI score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-made Yiqi Huoxue Prescription combined with Nimodipine Injection has a significant therapeutic effect on ischemic cerebrovascular disease,which can promote the recovery of patients’ neurological function and self-care ability,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
