双极等离子前列腺剜除术与电切术治疗前列腺增生症的价值分析与观察

Observation and Analysis on Value of Bipolar Plasma Enucleation of Prostate and Bipolar Plasma Prostatectomy in Patients with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的:探究及观察双极等离子前列腺剜除术与电切术治疗前列腺增生症的临床价值。方法:选取2019年1月-2021年1月的92例前列腺增生症患者为研究对象,将其根据随机数字表法分为双极等离子前列腺剜除术组(A组)和双极等离子前列腺电切术组(B组),每组46例。比较两组手术时间、出血量、切除组织重量、膀胱冲洗时间、并发症发生率及手术前后的国际前列腺症状(IPSS)评分及尿流动力学指标。结果:A组手术时间、膀胱冲洗时间均短于B组,出血量小于B组,切除组织重量高于B组,并发症发生率低于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术前IPSS评分、尿流动力学指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组术后3、6个月IPSS评分、尿流动力学指标均优于B组(P<0.05)。结论:双极等离子前列腺剜除术在前列腺增生症患者中的效果优于双极等离子前列腺电切术,且安全性较高,在改善患者尿流动力学状态方面也有积极的作用,因此在本类患者中的应用价值较高。

Objective:To investigate and observe the clinical value of bipolar plasma enucleation of prostate and bipolar plasma prostatectomy in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Method:A total of 92 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia from January 2019 to January 2021 were chosen as the study objects,and they were divided into bipolar plasma enucleation of prostate group (group A) and bipolar plasma prostatectomy group (group B) according to the method of random number table,46 cases in each group.Then the operation time,blood loss,weight of resected tissue,bladder flushing time,complications rates,IPSS score and urodynamic indexes before and after operation of two groups were compared.Result:The operation time and bladder flushing time of group A were shorter than those of group B,the blood loss was less than that of group B,the weight of resected tissue was greater than that of group B,the complications rate was significantly lower than than that of group B,there were statistically significant differences (P<0.05).The IPSS score and urodynamic indexes of two groups before operation were compared,there were no statistically significant differences (P>0.05);the IPSS score and urodynamic indexes of group A at 3 and 6 months after operation were better than those of group B,there were statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of bipolar plasma enucleation of prostate is significantly better than that of bipolar plasma prostatectomy,and its safety is higher,it has active role for the urodynamic state,so its application value in these patients is higher.
