基于RFID的医院药品物资条码库房管理系统

Management System of Barcode Warehouse Hospital Drug Materials Based on RFID

医院药品物资数量庞大,需要合理管理药品和物资的日常使用为避免出现管理不明情况,设计基于RFID的医院药品物资条码库房管理系统。选取RFID硬件、设计前端信号调理电路,帮助数据转换与通信。划分入库、在库以及出库管理模块,匹配对应的药品物资条码管理规则,通过RFID技术生成医院药品物资条码,设置对应模块的采集与筛选等管理功能。实验利用管理系统查询不同药品的实际库存,经对比该系统得到的库存与实际库存完全一致。由此可见,基于RFID的管理系统在数据处理和传输上有更好的效果。

In order to avoid the unknown situation of management, a RFID-based barcode warehouse management system for hospital drug supplies is designed. It selects RFID hardware and designs front-end signal conditioning circuit to help data conversion and communication, divides the management modules of in-store, in-store and out-store, matches the corresponding barcode management rules of drug supplies, generates the barcode of hospital drug supplies through RFID technology, and sets the collection and screening management functions of the corresponding modules. The experiment uses the management system to inquire the actual inventory of different drugs, and the inventory obtains by the system is completely consistent with the actual inventory. Thus it can be seen that RFID-based management system has better results in data processing and transmission.
