摘要 进行风险预测能帮助电气设备有效地规避风险,降低风险带来的影响。为此,提出一种基于物联网技术的电气设备全生命周期风险预测方法。该方法以物联网技术作为依托平台,首先进行电气设备全生命周期数据收集与预处理,然后依据数据,结合事故树分析法进行风险因素识别,最后计算识别出来的风险因素的权重,并以此得出风险发生概率,判断电气设备剩余可靠程度。结果表明:所研究方法预测得出断路器运行维护期发生风险的概率最高,可靠性最低,而使用期间的拒动故障、误动故障以及绝缘故障风险发生率均超过10%,可靠度低于90%。 Risk prediction can help electrical equipment effectively avoid risks and reduce the impact of risks. Therefore, a life cycle risk prediction method of electrical equipment based on Internet of things technology is proposed. Based on the Internet of things technology, this method first collects and preprocesses the data of the whole life cycle of electrical equipment, then identifies the risk factors according to the data and combined with the fault tree analysis method, and finally calculates the weight of the identified risk factors, so as to obtain the risk probability and judge the residual reliability of electrical equipment. The results show that: the risk probability of the circuit breaker during operation and maintenance period is the highest and the reliability is the lowest, while the risk rates of refuse to operate fault, maloperation fault and insulation fault are more than 10% and the reliability is less than 90%.
