摘要 提出了一种基于模板匹配实时测量物体间距的方法,以避免在传统距离测量方法中的接触式测量。该方法通过图像抓取、图像预处理、模板匹配及定位,最终计算并反馈运动物体间的距离实现实时距离的检测。针对不同类型的零件,通过开展针对性实验对本系统所涉及模板匹配法的精度、速度以及误差进行验证得出:本系统能够实现两物体间距的实时测量,间距检测误差控制在2%以内,单帧处理速度波动于0.1s/F。本系统所涉及测量方法对待测物形状及大小没有限制,可广泛应用于不同物件之间间距的实时检测。 A method based on vision technology to measure the distance between objects in real time is proposed to avoid the contact measurement in the traditional distance measurement method. This method uses image capture, image preprocessing, template matching and positioning, and finally calculates and feeds back the distance between moving objects to achieve real-time distance detection. For different types of parts, through targeted experiments to verify the accuracy, speed and error of the template matching method involved in the system, it is concluded that the system can realize real-time measurement of the distance between two objects, and the distance detection error is controlled within 2%. The processing speed of a single frame fluctuates at 0.1s/F. The measurement method involved in this system has no restriction on the shape and size of the object to be measured, and can be widely used in real-time detection of the distance between different objects.
