基于分布式架构的电网营销数据自动监测可视化研究

摘要 针对传统可视化方法只局限于局域网或者专用网络之中,导致可视化效果较差的问题,提出了基于分布式架构的电网营销数据自动监测可视化研究。根据在线监测数据种类,构建监测状态评估指标体系,并对初始数据集进行归一化处理。计算目标函数值,更新模糊划分矩阵与聚类中心集,利用选取评估指标确定数据是否正常。根据最大隶属度原则,提取电网营销数据。根据基于分布式架构的电网营销数据自动监测可视化展示流程,使用RDD类采集方法读取监测数据信息,并将电网营销清单中数据元素进行分解,并将聚类编号指定相应着色,形成着色列表,由此建立三维平行散点图,方便查看可视化展示结果。分析结果可知,该方法可视化效果最高可达到95%,为电网稳定运行奠定基础。 Aiming at the problem that traditional visualization methods are limited to local area networks or private networks, which leads to poor visualization results, a research on automatic monitoring and visualization of power grid marketing data based on a distributed architecture is proposed. According to the types of online monitoring data, a monitoring status evaluation index system is constructed, and the initial data set is normalized. It calculates the value of the objective function, updates the fuzzy partition matrix and the cluster center set, and uses the selected evaluation indicators to determine whether the data is normal. According to the principle of maximum membership, power grid marketing data is extracted. Based on the distributed display of grid marketing data automatic monitoring and visual display process, it uses RDD-like collection methods to read the monitoring data information,decomposes the data elements in the grid marketing list, and assigns the clustering numbers to corresponding coloring to form a colored list. This creates a three-dimensional parallel scatter plot for easy viewing of visual display results. The analysis results show that the visualization effect of this method can reach a maximum of 95%, laying a foundation for stable operation of the power grid.
