中药熏蒸联合中药热奄包护理对人工流产术后患者康复进程的影响

Effect of nursing of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and Reyanbao on the recovery process of patients after artificial abortion

目的探讨中药熏蒸联合中药热奄包护理对人工流产术后患者康复效果、疼痛程度及并发症发生情况的影响。方法选择2020年6月至2021年6月于广东省广州市番禺区第二人民医院行无痛人工流产术的88例患者为研究对象,将其采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组44例。对照组应用术后综合护理联合中药热奄包,观察组在对照组护理方案的基础上应用中药熏蒸。对比2组患者的术后疼痛程度和阴道出血情况,以及康复效果和并发症发生情况。结果与术后1 d相比,2组在术后2 d、4 d和7 d的疼痛评分均明显降低(P均<0.05),且观察组相较于对照组均更低(P均<0.05)。相较于对照组,观察组的子宫持续出血时间更短(P<0.05),月经复潮时间及疼痛完全消失时间均更早(P均<0.05)。与术后1 d相比,2组在术后2 d、4 d和7 d的阴道出血量评分均明显降低(P均<0.05),且观察组相较于对照组均更低(P均<0.05)。相较于对照组的并发症总发生率(22.73%),观察组(4.55%)明显更低(P<0.05)。结论中药熏蒸联合中药热奄包护理能够加快人工流产术后患者的康复进程,改善其疼痛感,减少其出血量,且降低并发症发生率。

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and Reyanbao on the postoperative recovery,pain intensity,and complications of patients after artificial abortion.Methods A total of 88 patients who underwent painless artificial abortion at the Second People’s Hospital of Panyu Guangzhou from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group by the use of a random number table,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with postoperative comprehensive nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine Reyanbao,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation based on the nursing scheme of the control group.The postoperative pain intensity, vaginal bleeding,recovery effect,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with 1 day after operation,the pain scores of the two groups at 2,4,and 7 days after operation were significantly decreased(all P<0.05),and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had shorter duration of constant uterine bleeding(P<0.05) and shorter time to menstrual resumption and complete pain disappearance(both P<0.05).Compared with 1 day after operation,the vaginal bleeding volume scores of the two groups at 2,4,and7 days after operation were significantly decreased(all P <0.05),and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(all P <0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group(4.55%) was significantly lower than that in the control group(22.73%,P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and Reyanbao can speed up the recovery process of patients after artificial abortion,ease their pain,reduce their blood loss,and reduce the incidence of complications.
