机织物/非织造布叠层复合织物的防刺性能分析 被引量:4

摘要 为探究多层织物的防刺特性及是否能够达到新的警用测试标准,利用超高分子量聚乙烯(ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene,UHMWPE)长丝织造单层、双层、三层平纹机织物,将此类机织物与UHMWPE短纤维针刺非织造布叠层复合,设计并制备一系列三层“汉堡”型和多层交替铺层型的复合织物,测试并分析复合织物的防刺特性,对比不同能量下的穿刺深度。研究发现:三层“汉堡”型复合织物的防刺特性难以达标,但三层压层织物与接结织物的差异很小,表明复杂的多层织造工艺未能增强复合织物的防刺效果;将三层平纹机织物层压复合并与非织造布多次交替铺层时,所得复合织物的防刺特性显著增强;织物层数与穿刺深度存在明显的函数关系,根据现有的11~17层复合织物防刺特性测试结果,预测当织物层数为21~23时,复合织物将能达到GA 68—2019中A类防刺服的要求。 To explore the stab-resistant performance of multi-layer fabrics and whether they can meet the new police testing standard,the single-layer,double-layer and three-layer plain woven fabrics were woven using ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)filaments,and then laminated with UHMWPE short fiber needle-punched nonwoven fabric.A series of three-layer“hamburger”type and multi-layer alternating type composite fabrics were designed and prepared.The stab-resistant performance of the composite fabrics was tested and analyzed,and then the puncture depths at different energies were compared.The study found that the stab-resistant performance of the three-layer“hamburger”type composite fabric was difficult to meet the standard.However,there was little difference between the three-layer laminated fabric and the stitching fabric,indicating that the complex multilayer weaving process failed to enhance the stab-resistant effect of the composite fabric.The three-layer plain fabric was laminated and alternated with non-woven fabric for many times,and then the stab-resistant performance was significantly enhanced.There was a significant functional relationship between the layer number and the puncture depth.According to the existing stab-resistance testing results of 11-17 laminated fabrics,it can be predicted that when the fabric layer number reaches 21-23,the composite fabrics can meet the requirement of category A stab-resistant clothing in the standard GA 68—2019.
