摘要
为解决聚酯(PET)亲水性差的问题,以生物基戊二胺己二酸盐(DA56)及其衍生物(ADA56)作为改性单体,制备亲水性聚酰胺酯(PETA),并对其结构及性能进行表征和分析。结果表明,PETA既有酯类特征峰又有酰胺类特征峰,DA56、ADA56的反应率为85.0%~96.0%。PETA与PET的晶型相同,但随着改性单体投入比值的增加,PETA的结晶度随之降低,其玻璃化转变温度和熔点也逐渐降低,但热稳定性能良好,PETA的水接触角不断减小,亲水性不断提高。ADA56作为改性单体得到的共聚物色值更优。
In order to solve the problem of poor hydrophilicity of polyethylene terephthalate(PET),the hydrophilic polyesteramide(PETA)was prepared using bio-based diaminopentane hexanedioic salt(DA56)and its derivative ADA56 as modified monomers,and the structure and properties of the PETA were characterized and analyzed.The results show that PETA has both ester characteristic peak and amide characteristic peak,the reaction rate of DA56 and ADA56 is from 85.0%to 96.0%.PETA and PET have the same crystal form,but with the increase of the input ratio of modified monomer,the crystallinity of PETA decreases.The glass transition temperature and melting point of PETA decrease gradually with the increase of the input ratio of modified monomer,but the thermal stability is good.With the increase of the input ratio of modified monomer,the water contact angle of PETA decreases and the hydrophilicity increases.The color value of copolymers obtained with ADA56 as modified monomer is better.
