强风下高压隔离开关风荷载及其力学特性研究 被引量:3

摘要 高压隔离开关作为电网结构中的关键变电站设备,对电网运行的质量至关重要。由于中国广东省的地理位置,近年来许多强台风对电力设施造成了极大的破坏,其中隔离开关的损耗是最严重的,这严重影响了电网的可靠性。在研究强风下隔离开关的力学特性时,隔离开关表面实际上受到连续的风压作用,因此,有必要采用流固耦合分析方法研究强风下隔离开关的风荷载和力学特性。首先采用流体动力学模型模拟隔离开关周围的风流场,以获得隔离开关表面准确的风压分布,然后将风压载荷、重力载荷和固定支撑施加在隔离开关上进行力学特性分析。结果表明:隔离开关的变形量较大的位置主要集中在导电臂部分;隔离开关的部件连接处以及部件底部的应力较大,应考虑这些部件的加固处理。通过以上仿真分析,为隔离开关抗风优化设计提供依据。 High⁃voltage disconnector,as a key equipment of substation in the power grid structure,is essential to the quality of operation of power grid.Due to the geographical location of Guangdong Province in China,many strong typhoons have caused great damage to power facilities in recent years,in which,the loss of disconnector is the most serious,which seriously affects reliability of power grid.When studying the mechanical properties of the disconnec⁃tor under strong wind,the surface of the disconnector is actually subjected to continuous wind pressure.It is there⁃fore necessary to study the wind load and mechanical properties of the disconnector under strong wind by fluid⁃solid coupling method.Firstly,the fluid dynamics model is used to simulate the wind flow field around the disconnector so to obtain the accurate wind pressure distribution of the disconnector surface.Then,the wind pressure load,gravity load and fixed support are applied to the disconnector for mechanical analysis.The results show that the the position with large deformation of the disconnector is mainly concentrated in the conductive arm;The stress at the joints and bottom of the parts of the disconnector is larger,of which the reinforcement shall be considered.The above⁃men⁃tioned simulation analysis can provide the basis for the optimal design of the disconnector.
