以生活垃圾焚烧发电项目为核心的静脉产业园规划设计--以华东某市为例

Planning and Design of Venous Industrial Park with the Municipal Solid Waste Incineration Power Generation Project as the Core--Taking a City in East China as an Example

随着经济社会发展和城镇化进程的推进,城市生活垃圾等各类废弃物也逐年增加,给城市带来严重的环境问题。研究了华东某市以生活垃圾焚烧发电项目为核心的静脉产业园规划设计,通过园区内工艺、公共设施和管理等方面协同,不仅可以破除废弃物处理带来的邻避效应,实现“绿色”经济的可持续发展,同时也可作为环保教育基地和工业旅游示范基地,为其他城市规划设计静脉产业园提供参考。

With the economic and social development and the advancement of urbanization process,Municipal Solid Waste and other wastes are also increasing year by year,bringing serious urban environmental problems. This paper studied the planning and design of the venous industrial park with the Municipal Solid Waste Incineration power generation project as the core in a city in East China. Through the synergism of technology,public facilities and management in the park,it can not only break away the NIMBY effect and realize the ’ green ’ sustainable development of economy,but also be used as environmental protection education base and industrial tourism demonstration base. It provides reference for the planning and design of venous industrial parks in other cities.
