摘要
针对复杂源项的放射性废液处理难题,研究一种柔性组合工艺的放射性废液处理技术,采用活性炭前置过滤、自然循环蒸发、多层复合纤维膜净化、离子交换等工艺柔性组合的方式,建立系统综合净化因子计算公式,经实验验证,处理后的废液放射性活度浓度平均值仅为3Bq/L,满足国家标准的排放要求,达到近零排放的目标,系统实际净化因子与理论计算值一致。
In order to solve the problem of radioactive waste liquid treatment in complex source terms,a flexible combination process of waste liquid treatment technology was studied. The flexible combination of activated carbon pre-filtration,natural circulation evaporation,multi-layer composite fiber membrane purification,ion exchange and other processes was used to establish the calculation formula of comprehensive purification factor of the system. The experimental verification shows that the average concentration of radioactive activity in the treated waste liquid is only 3 Bq/L,which meets the emission requirements of national standards and achieves the goal of near zero discharge. The actual purification factor of the system is consistent with the theoretical calculation value.
