意识形态作为上层建筑的思想表现形式,总是需要凭借话语载体来表达或维护自身的核心利益,在这过程中掌握并提升意识形态话语权是关键。高校作为培养中华民族伟大复兴中国梦建设者和中国特色社会主义伟大事业接班人的根本场域,是意识形态话语传播、聚合、辐射的前沿阵地,提升高校意识形态话语权一直是党和国家意识形态工作的重要内容。新时代高校在推进意识形态话语权工作中应充分把握时代发展的历史际遇,找准在话语形成过程中出现的短板环节,以问题为导向探清补齐短板的实践理路,筑牢高校意识形态话语权的坚实堡垒。
