专业特色建设的举措及具体实施探究——以四川工商学院财管专业为例

Construction Measures of Professional Characteristics and the Exploration of the Specific Implementation——With the Example of the major of Financila Management in Sichuan Technology and Business University

基于文献研究,在坚持基本原则、基本思路的基础上,聚焦财管专业特色建设的基本目标,提出了提升学生综合能力的“合作-融合-协同”育人模式,同步革新教学和考核方式为专业特色建设提供保障,坚持“新教师、中青年教师、老教师”联动提升培养质量。具体实施上,建立“教、赛、能”三维一体人才培养模式并打造“融、践、研”师生联动参与式的人才培养闭环,实现提升专业教学质量到深化专业建设的跨越。

Based on document research,on the basis of basic principles and basic ideas,focusing on the basic construction goal of financial management with its own professional characteristics,"cooperation-fusion-collaborative"education mode to promote the students’comprehensive ability has been put forward,synchronous innovation teaching and assessment methods have provided guarantee for professional characteristic construction,adhereing to the"new teachers,young and middle-aged teachers,old teachers"linkage improve training quality.In terms of specific implementation,the three-dimensional integrated talent training mode of"teaching,competition and ability"is established,and a close loop of“integration,practice and research”is created so as to realize the leap from improving the professional teaching quality of deepening the professional construction.
