摘要
介绍延庆冬奥村供暖系统的设备配置、工艺流程、运行策略以及供暖系统监控平台架构与功能,评价监控平台的供暖调节能力,分析监测结果。对监控平台供暖调节能力的测试结果显示,供暖系统在谷电时间采用边供暖边蓄热方式,在峰电时间采用蓄热水箱单独供暖,在平电时间采用电极锅炉单独供暖与电极锅炉、蓄热水箱联合供暖,符合既定运行策略。2022年1月23日至2月13日冬奥村供暖期间,采取电极锅炉单独供暖,监控平台仅启用监测功能。由监测结果可知,当室外温度变化比较大时,与室外温度相比,电极锅炉热功率出现滞后。有必要建设和应用监控平台,提高热源响应速度。
The equipment configuration, technological process, operation strategy of the heating system in Yanqing Winter Olympic Village, as well as the structure and function of the heating system monitoring platform are introduced, the heating regulation ability of the monitoring platform is evaluated, and the monitoring results are analyzed. The test results of the heating regulation ability of the monitoring platform show that the heating system adopts the method of heating while storing heat during the valley power time, using the hot water storage tank for alone heating during the peak power time, and using the electrode boiler alone for heating and the electrode boiler and the hot water storage tank for combined heating during the flat power time, which is in line with the established operation strategy. During the heating period of the Winter Olympic Village from January 23 to February 13,2022,the electrode boiler was used for heating alone, and the monitoring platform only enabled the monitoring function. It can be seen from the monitoring results that when the outdoor temperature changes greatly, compared with the outdoor temperature, the thermal power of the electrode boiler lags behind. It is necessary to build and apply a monitoring platform to improve the response speed of heat source.
