结合我国某在建LNG薄膜罐工程,对薄膜罐结构与氮气系统进行探讨。对于LNG薄膜罐结构,探讨混凝土外罐、薄膜内罐(含保冷结构)的结构。对于氮气系统,探讨氮气管道布置与运行模式,运行模式包括呼吸模式、吹扫模式。

Combined with a LNG membrane tank project under construction in China,the structure of the membrane tank and the nitrogen system are discussed.For the structure of LNG membrane tank,the structure of concrete outer tank and membrane inner tank(including cold insulation structure)are discussed.For the nitrogen system,the layout and operation modes of nitrogen pipeline are introduced.The operation modes include breathing mode and purging mode.
