摘要
针对某制氢加氢一体化站,介绍工艺流程,提出一种由可编程逻辑控制器、安全仪表系统和气体检测报警系统组成的自控系统设计方案。介绍了制氢装置及加氢装置的主要控制联锁方案。
Aiming at an integrated hydrogen production and refueling station,the process flow is introduced,and a design scheme of automatic control system composed of programmable logic controller,safety instrument system and gas detection and alarm system is proposed.The main control interlocking scheme of hydrogen production unit and hydrogen refueling unit is introduced.
