摘要
对电站高温管道常用材料P22钢展开高温蠕变试验,在不同蠕变损伤阶段进行金相、硬度和磁滞参数矫顽力的测量,构建矫顽力与蠕变寿命的关系曲线,并对在役的P22高温管道进行测量和验证。验证结果表明:磁滞无损评估技术在电站高温管道劣化评估上具有较好的应用前景。
High-temperature creep test was carried out on P22 steel,a commonly used material for high-temperature pipelines in power plants.Metallography,hardness and hysteresis parameters coercivity were measured at different creep damage stages.The relationship curve between coercivity and creep life was constructed,and measurements and verification were conducted on P22 high-temperature pipelines in service.It is verified that magnetic hysteresis non-destructive evaluation technology had a better application prospect in the evaluation of high-temperature pipeline deterioration in power plant.
